3. USA Hockey Registration
Participation in any on-ice events or club activities requires a valid and current USA Hockey registration. You agree to provide your USA Hockey number upon request and to keep it updated in your profile. Failure to provide a valid USA Hockey number may result in suspension from club activities.
4. Payments and Billing
Payments for club fees, packages, and events are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers; all payment data is handled securely by our payment processor.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the club's board of directors or as required by law.
5. User-Generated Content and Forum
Our Service includes a forum and other interactive areas. You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you grant Wright-Patt Hockey Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor and remove any content that we determine in our sole discretion to be inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited content includes harassment, hate speech, spam, and unauthorized commercial communications.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wright-Patt Hockey Club and its licensors. Ice hockey is an inherently dangerous sport with risks of serious injury. By participating in club activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the sport.
In no event shall Wright-Patt Hockey Club, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
